1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "tkak", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the tkak platform, accessible at https://tkak.io, and the entity operating it as an internationally licensed offshore gaming platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the tkak platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the tkak platform.
• "Platform" means the tkak website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, games, and betting markets accessible at https://tkak.io.
• "Funds" means any real-money balance held within your tkak Account, including deposited amounts, winnings, and credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by tkak that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted, as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all financial transactions on the tkak platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tkak. By creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game on the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary rules, policies, or guidelines published on the platform.
• You are accessing tkak voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.
• You are not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction from participating in online gambling or gaming activities.

tkak reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the tkak platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tkak strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. This is an absolute requirement and is not subject to any exception.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts or accounts operated on behalf of a legal entity are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of tkak, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must not have previously had an Account terminated by tkak for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must have full legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement.

tkak reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any Funds held in the Account where fraud or misrepresentation is established.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one Account on the tkak platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must not use false names, fictitious addresses, or any other misleading identification. tkak relies on the information you provide for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes. You are obliged to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

tkak reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such a decision.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. tkak recommends choosing a strong, unique password and enabling all available security features.

You must not:

• Share your login credentials with any other person.
• Allow any other person to access or use your Account.
• Use another player's Account, even with their permission.

tkak will not be liable for any losses, damages, or other consequences arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify tkak support immediately at [email protected]. tkak will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, restrict access to the Account pending resolution.

6 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on the tkak platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tkak currently supports the following payment methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional banking partners including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank may be available subject to your account status and current platform integrations.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day and will be communicated within the deposit interface. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and mobile wallets that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third-party payment sources, is prohibited. tkak reserves the right to return deposits to their source if this condition is not met.

tkak does not charge a fee for processing deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply its own transaction fees or service charges, for which tkak bears no responsibility.

Funds deposited into your tkak Account are held for wagering purposes only. They do not accrue interest and do not constitute a savings or investment instrument of any kind.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-fraud measure. If a withdrawal to the original method is not possible, tkak will contact you to agree on an alternative.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. tkak may request copies of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard compliance requirement and is not a reflection of any suspicion of wrongdoing.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing times will be displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account. tkak aims to process withdrawal requests to supported mobile wallets within a commercially reasonable time frame, typically within minutes to a few hours for verified accounts.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering conditions may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

tkak may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, or the ICC World Cup. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer.

General bonus terms that apply to all tkak promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per player, household, device, and IP address.
• Bonus Funds must be used within any expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• tkak reserves the right to withdraw or alter any promotional offer at any time. If a promotion is altered after you have opted in, the terms applicable at the time of opt-in will apply to your existing bonus balance.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged between accounts.
• tkak reserves the right to withhold, void, or confiscate bonuses and associated winnings where it determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

9 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on tkak are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market as displayed at the time of placement. It is your responsibility to review all applicable rules before placing a bet. Placing a bet constitutes your acceptance of the applicable rules for that market.

Key general betting rules applicable across all tkak sports markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. tkak is not obligated to honour bets placed at erroneous odds caused by system errors, and such bets may be voided.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or not completed within a stated time frame, tkak's rules for the relevant sport will determine how open bets are settled.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network and data latency. tkak reserves the right to void in-play bets where a material event (such as a wicket or goal) occurred before the bet was confirmed but after the market was officially closed.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market and will be displayed within the betting interface.
• tkak's decision on the settlement of any bet is final. Disputes relating to bet settlement must be raised with support within seven (7) days of the original settlement date.

10 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games and slots available on the tkak platform — including those provided by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

All games utilise certified random number generation (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available within the game's help or information section.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or a slots session, the game round will be completed according to the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. tkak is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by factors outside its control, including your internet connection quality.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tkak platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of bets, and confiscation of all Funds held in the Account:

• Opening or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market.
• Arbitrage betting or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner that is inconsistent with the spirit of those promotions and constitutes bonus abuse.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error are void and will be confiscated.
• Money laundering or using the platform in connection with any criminal or unlawful activity.
• Attempting to access the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention technologies.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward tkak staff or other players.

Where tkak has reasonable grounds to suspect that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may suspend the relevant Account pending investigation. Any funds in a suspended Account will be held during the investigation period and may be forfeited where prohibited conduct is confirmed.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the tkak platform — including but not limited to the tkak brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game assets, data compilations, and user interface elements — is the property of tkak or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of tkak.

13 Privacy & Data

tkak collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at https://tkak.io/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tkak implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption — to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. While tkak takes all reasonable precautions, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as fully secure.

14 Responsible Gaming

tkak is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be viewed as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

16 Termination

Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

tkak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, where it determines that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulatory requirements. In such cases, tkak will communicate the reason for closure to the extent permitted by law.

17 Amendments

tkak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, tkak will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms & Conditions on the platform and updating the Effective Date displayed at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. 18 Governing Law

tkak operates as an internationally licensed offshore gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions are intended to be consistent with applicable international gaming and consumer protection standards. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful under the laws of their own jurisdiction.
